- Physician approval is required — bring a certified note with adequate contact information.
- Eligibility Requirements:
- Must have written approval from a physician.
- Must NOT be:
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- Taking blood-thinning medications
- Skin disease
If selected, you’ll receive advance notice and can choose from available appointment dates.
